I bought this card to upgrade my Alienware to AC network speeds. If you are unable to open a laptop or work in a computer, forget this card. In addition, some devices such as B. HP and Lenovo devices are not compatible with this card. You can ask the ticket seller, but you're pretty much alone with that information. Download the Intel network and bluetooth drivers while you have internet access. After much research I found that pins 20 and 51 need to be covered with tape (see U-Tube video elsewhere) to activate the card. Then you need to remove all other network, Bluetooth cards and associated software from the laptop. After installing the map, start the machine. If there are no boot problems, install the Intel Networking and Bluetooth software. After another reboot, congratulations, you can enjoy AC-level network speed and Bluetooth 4.0 connections.
