So I bought this shampoo with high expectations and what I got was a disappointment. I buy from third parties so I believe the items I purchased may have come from third parties, but I'm not sure I didn't really try to find out who exactly went through the order. However, what I got is diluted. Below I will list the reasons why I think this is watered down. Odor; The smell of this and most PM products is very pleasant and overwhelming, what I received had no smell and you only really tasted it if you put your nose straight into the bottle and the smell wasn't actually that good . smelled strange.2. Texture; it is too watery, and the color is pure white and transparent shampoo mixed, these are the main 2, the rest is quality. When I use this product my hair seems rough, I understand it's just a shampoo but it also leaves the hair too rough even if you run your hand through your hair after washing it's as would you touch grass with your hand. I know it doesn't have conditioner, but it makes your hair too coarse where even a head and shoulders shampoo won't leave your hair that way, let alone Paul Mitchell's original $22 shampoo. another paul mitchell shampoo not awapuhi and i will make sure to choose amazon as supplier, hopefully it will be an original product and if not i could buy direct from paul mitchell website and make a videotape. The only thing I can say is that when you buy make sure you choose your supplier like amazon and not third party.
