The group looks good. Good closure. I can't use it. The included tool for removing links is rubbish. Bent all four tips that were included. Soft metal that bends and breaks easily. The device is also defective. When the watch band is resting on the tool, the pin holes will not line up with the removal pin. It doesn't matter which side is up. I managed to run a pin. The instructions say to pull it out with your fingers. I had to use pliers and pull about 30 pounds of force to get it out. Needless to say, this ruined the pen. Yes, I pushed them in the right direction. No, I'm not an idiot. Assistant mechanic in the Navy and does a lot of forging. I will probably have to take it to a local jeweler to have it properly adjusted for an additional fee. The listing states that if you have bent or broken the tool or tips they will be replaced. Doesn't show how to request them. I asked how to get them. They (the seller) responded by contacting the seller.
