Because an intercom works well, the sound is good. The only negative is the delay between pressing the button and waiting for a signal before connecting. At high speeds I never hear a call so I don't know if they are calling me. But maybe I really don't want to be disturbed while riding, so it's not that bad. Listening to music from your phone via Bluetooth is by far the best feature. Easy to connect and easy to control, the sound quality is good. The FM radio works well, just a little tricky to play preset stations every time. Overall I would recommend this product, we have used it on two long trips already and it is well worth the money.
