got 2T for my 18 month old baby. doesn't shrink in the wash (we don't dry children's clothes so I'm not sure if they shrink in the dryer). looks good on him. Doesn't stretch, feels like 100% cotton. I could increase the size but they might have been too big. happy with 2T for my medium 18 month old baby.
