First of all, this product is amazing in its design. This design is superior to all other phone holders for Rav4. There are no adhesive pads or suction cups to break and need replacing, and the horizontal vents don't match this type of mount. This mount keeps the phone from blocking the driver's view, but is close enough for a quick glance at maps so the driver doesn't need to be distracted from the road. In addition, the phone does not block any air vents or radio buttons. Really wonderful design. The first product I received was supposed to be defective because the plastic clip holding the mount to the car broke rendering the mount unusable. The customer service from this seller is excellent. They sent me not one but two replacements very quickly. I had a replacement within a week with no problems. I would highly recommend this product based on the seller's excellent design and customer service!
