Another review said no water condensation after 1 hour of use - true but wait a few more hours and you'll see a lot of water condensation around the unit metal of the cooling side. Eventually it starts to drip (very slowly). So it's dangerous to use it as a PC cooler, you need to keep it outside the case to blow in some cool air. But for the size and the price, it cuts a fine figure. I'm thinking of 3D printing a case for this to allow for safe water collection and the small fans are the only thing sticking out of the cooling side. It draws enough 12V current to melt flimsy wires, so make sure you're using the correct size wire from your power source. It can be a dangerous topic for those with little electronics knowledge like me :)
