Terrible Taste, Poor Performance
When I tried this protein powder I was disappointed by its horrible taste and texture. It was hard to blend in my shakes and left a chalky aftertaste .While it did provide some muscle recovery benefits, it wasnt worth sacrificing my taste buds for. The only pro is that it's affordable compared to other brands in the Health and Household category. However, the cons outweigh any cost savings..
