Even better than I expected
I have read all the previous reviews and I don't have to repeat any of the many good things others have admired. That's all true. (I'm really surprised that every restaurant with less than five stars uses them for catering. They should have a metal detector at the exit. See Pete's October 16, 2007 review.) Actual "Product Dimensions": 4 1 / ID 2 inches ; 7 1/4" from handle to end of handle; depth 2 1/4 inches. They hold 16 ounces and drop 2 ounces (or 1/2 inch high) to the rim. And, FWIW, each weighs 1 lb 4 5/8 oz. Unlike the 7" oval bakeware which has a shiny stainless steel base, they have the magnetic layer needed for induction. Very very good. Glad I ignored the price and they did bought.
