I love this grill/grill etc I've started making waffles they turn out great and never stick. However, I have used it to grill salmon, shrimp and chicken and it is so easy to clean and leaves nice grill marks. I used it for panini it's that good. I still have to use the iron. but I'm sure he's just as great. You can use it as a flat grill or a press. You will love these electronics. It's not huge, but it's not small either. Fry 4 pieces of salmon at the same time and if I didn't use a press I could grill 8 pieces. very good! buy it, you won't regret it!
