I do love this hair piece. This is such an easy piece to "stick on" your head to dress up quickly. This picture shows wearing the combs side to side and I like to wear them up and down instead. I was just putting my medium length hair in an elastic and pulling the last bit halfway through and then putting the combs in the top of the elastic but then the bottom didn't really have anything to grab into because all the hair was pulled up. So I did what someone else suggested and just put a couple of bobby pins across the bottom. Works great. Now usually when you get fake hair it is too shiny so you just put a little powder on it to dull it down. Well this piece was the opposite - it was very dull and the hair looked "dead". So I gave it a quick wash, hung it to dry and then used a wig spray on it and that added a little extra sheen to it. Perfect. My hair is thin and greying with blonde ends and this blends great. The combs are sewn on each side and are kind of floppy but with the pins added they work just fine. They are not clips so this does not clip into your hair. The other thing I do is pin my hair into a french roll and then both combs have something to grab into at both top and bottom. Works well either way.
