Review on 🌱 HydroGardener TMA HG Remineralizing Hydroponic Filtration System by Tres Carmon

I bought this system for my hydroponic garden. My tap water is terrible. The percentages per million are over 300 and the pH out of the tap is close to 10! (mostly 9.7). For my specific plants, the hydroponic pH should be around 5.8. I used a huge amount of pH down chemicals to try to stabilize the water. My plants suffered and the yields were low. I ordered the Tap Master System and was very satisfied. The device is 90% assembled from the box and the only thing I had to do before using it was to plug in the appropriate connector for my setup. In my case I have a garden spigot to plug into, so I used the adapter that came with it to connect the filter to the spigot. I then wall mounted the device (using the included mounting bracket) and was up and running in less than 30 minutes. (Note: I have an open sewer drain, so no plumbing was required in my case. Your mileage may vary.) In my case, my home's water pressure is barely at the minimum (44psi), so the water flow is fairly slow, but the end product is is worth the wait It takes about 4 hours to fill my 15 gallon tank but the water is good. Perfect. After adding nutrients to the water from the reverse filter, the pH of my tank was right at 5.8. I look forward to a fresher and richer harvest this season! I had to call customer service because the use of quick disconnects in the unit just baffled me. The support rep I spoke to was incredibly rude and his only attempt to help was to say (I quote) "Well, they're all the same, so if you can't understand it doesn't get any easier. " ." Finally, after a few frustrating minutes, I received it with no help from the support team. I really hope nothing bad happens to the device as I don't like talking to them again. Bottom line, I can say that I give the product 5 stars for ease of installation and initial performance, but I'll give them one star for customer service.
