This cast iron is junk, it's like sand paper
Even after re-seasoning is rough like sand paper. I noticed it when I first got it and I should have returned it but I put it off and now I am to late. So I tried it anyway and it's so rough that everything sticks to it. I cleaned it up and reseasoned it but the results are the same. The only think left would be to sand it down but trying to sand down a griddle (anything not flat) sounds like a nightmare
