I've had this lamp in the past

I'm rating this from experience. I have a fan with light that needs this type of bulb (T3, RSC socket). I used to have a Phillips bulb and wanted the same bulb, but it wasn't easy to buy ---- I have no idea why it's not available at major hardware stores.
