This was my first purchase from Revain and it was my biggest disappointment. When I first opened the package, the straw mattress was nothing like the photo. The construction of the straw mattress was poorly designed and manufactured. The leather straps are so thin, the lining is nylon and the zipper area was a different type of fabric - almost like plastic. All I can think of was like a "play bag" for kids. I took a chance and on the second day of use the lining fell apart and nylon threads were sticking out of the gap. The outside of the straw is now separated from the plastic/nylon liner and the straw is visible inside the pouch. I can no longer use it at all. The design of the tassel caught my attention, but even this aesthetic detail is cheap, and part of the tassel is not leather or non-leather as it has felt fabric at the bottom. I am so disappointed that I could go to a retail store and buy a straw mattress for the same amount of money spent. How could a manufacturer get away with such a price? I can no longer believe what the product description says. I hope to be able to return the product, but another problem is that the manufacturer did not include instructions on how to return the product. I now rely on Revain to help return this product for a refund. I'm writing this review so others can be informed and be very careful.
