I used them as slippers for my son. We have wooden floors and it needed more grip so it doesn't fall off as hard. They did a great job for that. I ordered a little more of these than recommended and they fit him well so I can't use them for as long as I originally intended. In fact, he's already outgrown them. My other issue was that the velcro strap attached to the shoe was missing the stitching to hold it in place so I taped it and it's been working fine ever since. Only now does it appear again. Also, the insole of the shoe is free and moves easily when walking and taking off. I always have to fix it
