Not a perfect replacement, but it works.
Looked the same as the original padlock on the boat but didn't fit perfectly. The rear nut would not install/tighten unless I removed the washer. Despite this, it is not locked like the original lock. Made some small changes to get the bolt lock. So far this has worked well.
