When I lived in Asia I had two similar Panasonic hair dryers and I really liked them. They were effective and made my hair nice and smooth. But unfortunately, while this model number is similar to my old hair dryers, this one doesn't give the same results. There is nothing special about this hair dryer - it works like a normal hair dryer. This guarantees no price markup. The most annoying thing is that it's huge. The other two I had were good quality but light and the handle folded to the body for easy storage in the closet. This one is too bulky and clumsy. A large hair dryer is not always the best hair dryer! Panasonic had to stick to its wonderfully efficient and economical designs in Asia. I don't want to buy it and I definitely don't recommend it.
