When I first saw the bag in person I thought it was too small for my daughter's toiletries and my toiletries. In fact, when I placed my order I thought I would probably need to buy one for my daughter and one for myself, but I only ordered one at first so I could decide if I liked it. Despite its small size, this bag holds a lot (all travel size bottles): 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, 1 leave-in conditioner, 2 hairsprays, eye makeup remover, face makeup remover, cleanser, solution for contact lenses, contact lenses lenses. Lens cleaner, cotton pads, deodorant, razors, 2 toothbrushes, toothpaste, sunscreen, rubber bands and clips for my daughter's hair, comb and comb for my daughter. In case it's important to you, the mesh pockets are too small for a toothbrush. We have cases for our toothbrushes to keep them clean and we will put them in the main compartment. I used to need two gallon zippered bags to stash all of this stuff - now it all fits in this bag and fits neatly in my suitcase along with my packing cubes. I like the rotating hook on the bag. We can hang it on the towel rack in our hotel room and it will free up a lot of counter space. The quality of the bag is also very good - much better than you would expect from a $13 beauty bag. I highly recommend this bag. I might even order another one just to have some extra or as a gift for my husband.
