I give it 5 stars because it looks like a good quality clip. When I ordered this, I must have overlooked up to 14 pieces. It turns without problems and initially holds the rods securely. After two months, I pulled the steering wheel a little to get into the seat and the steering wheel fell back a few inches. Long story short, I tried twisting them and almost blew the threads off the risers. Then I compared them. I think the difference in height makes them difficult to tighten properly. Little did I know there was a difference between HDs that come with a solid one-piece clip. The default clip on 09 and 17 looks the same. My advice: READ the description. If you are 15+ use the Paul Yaffe clip.
