Definitely relieves some of my muscle pain and stiffness.
I really love this material. I always showered, but a 20-minute hot bath was suggested for my multiple sclerosis, so I gave it a try. I didn't feel any results until a friend suggested I try it. I still have a hard time getting through those 20 minutes, but I can feel the difference in muscle soreness and stiffness. I actually combine it with Epson Lavender Salt to make me feel better and my bath smell nice.
