The advantage of this product is that it has connectors for a variety of cables. HDMI, multiple USB ports, Ethernet, audio jack, etc. However, the bad news is that after a month or two of use the product started to shine a bit. When the computer is turned off, some ports no longer work, for example I had to disconnect and reconnect the USB connector on the mouse several times. Every once in a while the entire device just shuts down for no reason and that's annoying because I'm using an ethernet cable to connect to the docking station, resulting in a temporary disconnection from the internet. Now I connect the ethernet cable and USB mouse directly to the computer and connect the audio jack and HDMI cable only to the Lasuney docking station.
