300dB? for lighting and electrics

Bought this horn for my Jeep Wrangler. If you have one, you know the horn sucks. I want something that lets people around me know I'm signalling. The first problem I found was a box that came out at say 100dB but was advertised at 300dB. The next problem I found is that this is NOT and different from the horn I already have on my jeep! Very disappointed with this product. The ad is 100% misleading if you are looking for the super loud horn they described.
