Good training tool you love to hate

Yep, running, climbing, stair stepping with a weighted vest is a definite love/hate relationship. This vest fits well and is comfortable on those very uncomfortable workouts, BUT after all that is the point! Great tool to make you stronger and to discipline yourself to work through discomfort.
