We had an issue that prevented our first order from working. We got our money back and decided to re-order the product as the damaged item was not directly related to the quality of the product - we were just unlucky to receive a physically damaged item. Our return was issued and a replacement was dispatched within 2 days, free postage. The 2nd order actually arrived here 1 day before the 1st order, in line with the estimated delivery date of the original order, so delivery of BOTH orders was very quick. The lights are super bright. They definitely look better if you place them where the color is REFLECTED as they are RGB (Red, Green, Blue) rather than being tinted with each light of a specific color. Some people may not realize that light displays colors based on the combination of these primary colors. If you want to SEE the lights for yourself, you'll see separate red, blue, and green lights. REFLECTED from the surface, the light takes on the color you choose on the remote control. So for what we used the light for, it was perfect. They cost half the cost of similar lamps at our local retail store. Given that these bulbs have been running for around 2 years based on experience, this is fine with us. Adhesive tape does NOT last long. Our lantern was mounted on a ledge so it didn't matter. But the lights will need real double sided tape or some other method if you plan on placing them somewhere where gravity won't work. This is 3M tape but still poor quality. This is the only negative we have experienced so far.
