Review on 💾 Silicon Power 1TB A55 M.2 SSD with SLC Cache for Speed Boost - SATA III Internal Solid State Drive 2280 by Duane Rogers

PLEASE NOTE: This product was also combined with an aftermarket heatsink. While unlikely given the circumstances, it's entirely possible that the SSD failure was due to a heatsink. Installed on my Acer E 15 laptop. Used as my main Windows 10 boot disk. The disk worked fantastic for the first month. Great loading times and no problems. One morning when the laptop was about 90% charged, with a Google tab open and no processes other than the main processes running on the laptop, I got a blue screen error. I tried to restart the device but got the error message "Boot device not found". After running some diagnostics, I discovered that the SSD had completely failed and, despite my best efforts, would not be recognized by the system. drSSD was working great, but after a little over a month it crashed.
