Need a USB 3.0 dongle instead of the provided 2.0 dongle to get rated speed

The first device I got was DOA. I installed drivers and software, plugged it in and nothing. I know electronics sometimes fail, so I returned it and ordered another one. This one works, but if you wiggle it while it's plugged in, it will lose connection. The included dongle makes no sense since it's USB 2.0 and the wireless adapter itself is USB 3.0. So you'll need a USB 3.0 cable, if you use the one that comes with it you'll only have 300MB. I made a higher site adapter out of a 3.0 cable and it really improves the signal strength and quality of the call. If they provided a USB 3.0 dongle I would give 5 stars even with a loose USB connection.
