Some things to look out for:- Velcro wears out over time - They start to smell, they can be washed in cold water and dried to dry - They are thinner than other shin guards I like that they are thinner but they also allow me to add extra discomfort to my partners This allows for a more realistic training experience without causing actual injury If that's what you're looking for - at this price point - they should be perfect for you.
