This light is very easy to install. It uses a small sticking magnet that sticks to the wall on one side and is attracted to the light on the other. When the flashlight runs out of power, you can simply remove it from the magnet and plug it into an outlet to charge. I thought it would run on AA or AAA batteries, but the pleasant surprise is that it has a charging port like most other electronics. The motion detector is very sensitive. I put it in the pantry in front of the door. When the door moves, the light comes on. The light isn't very bright, but it does bring light into the closet to help with shade and later foraging.
