Excellent interface to connect with customers, very easy navigation of website features for both new & existing users alike! Very good at keeping in contact through emails (even if not enough support) Great platform overall! Highly recommended!! Not really anything that I dislike personally but maybe some minor UI changes could help improve user experience? Still waiting until they have more than just "support" available via live chat or email - would be nice sometimes during slower hours so we can utilize their AI bot service instead :o). We are able to reach out to our members when needed quickly without having to ask someone else/wait for them to get back from lunch etc.. I like that you can use this tool to create new customers, as well as existing ones. It's very easy for users to navigate through the platform. The dashboard view is not always clear enough for my liking. Sometimes it takes me some time to figure out what exactly I am supposed to be looking at in order to make changes or add items. This software allows us to automate our sales process by creating leads and nurturing them into becoming prospects.
