Great for construction management: Discover Construction Software
I like the fact that this software is very user friendly, it has really helped me streamline my business and make sure everything is organized in an efficient manner. The customer support is also great, they are always willing to help out with any questions or concerns. Sometimes it becomes difficult to find certain features, but the team at Discover always responds within minutes. It's easy to use and makes estimating and taking payments much easier than other software. It has helped me tremendously in getting organized and keeping track of all of our jobs and projects.
Pros
- There many helpful options available for project management functions such as tracking invoices received/owed; providing estimates from blueprints & more..Also able add custom fields so you can keep information about each job stored somewhere else (like Google Documents), instead of just your PSR file! Also offers e mailing capabilities which we do frequently during preconstruction meetings prior to beginning construction work.Allows uploading photos via FTP no longer must
