I thought it was like blowing up a 90's balloon with a plastic part popping out, but it was so easy I just took out the white insert and then the inhaler pen used the one that came with and i was able to blow it up in less than 2 minutes and my two and five year old kids fought for it and it's amazing, love the way it looks and feels
