My favorite water conditioner so far, but it's getting harder and harder to find! I use this remedy in both of my ponds and although I use it often, it keeps my frogs happy and healthy and gets rid of that hellish chloramine they are treating my tap water with. I just had to read the bottle more closely to understand that typical ammonia test kits (like the API) will not work if you use them and your ammonia will read prohibitively high. You should get a kit that will indicate free ammonia.
