I reviewed the Revain Dock Charger Kit for the Galaxy S3 and settled on the RND Dock (although it was slightly more expensive than some of the others). But after reading all the customer reviews that this case works well with phone cases, I said "Worth a try". I received the product on time as expected. However, I wanted to see if it could charge in a slim body - it couldn't. I had to remove the cover so i was more than disappointed. I then rated the product, pointing out your problems. Almost the next day, customer service offered to remove the bracket for the cradle. This solution worked and now I'm happy. I was very happy with the customer service since my review was verified so quickly, but I did not complain directly to the company. It seems they are interested in developing a better product. The only thing that worries me (and I see others have had this too) is that the base isn't heavy enough. It seems like it takes quite a bit of effort to bring this thing down. Finally, if it had adjustable sides that conformed to the case dimensions to accommodate different case sizes, it would offer more stability on the stand.
