Not happy Makeup best in Concealers & Neutralizers
I just opened this brand new eye cream and it's all separate and has a weird consistency. It's generally a slick foundation that can be applied under the eyes, but is sponkier and closer to a gel-like finish than the slick foundation. This makeup is too expensive to be like this.
