Do Done makes project management and collaboration easier

It's easy, it has many features that are very useful (even if they aren't visible at first glance) like reminders or notifications when someone else starts working on an item - great!The interface could be more intuitive/user friendly- maybe add some icons instead of text labels? I have not found anything negative so far but there might also exist something good about this software :) We use do done mainly as task manager with our team members who work remotely from different locations around Europe. The main benefit we get out of using DOndo is being able to see what other people need help doing without having them ask us directly every time. This way everyone knows their priorities even before starting any actual job themselves.- Task ManagementWe can easily assign items to each member by simply dragging & dropping into his / her respective column.It helps keep.

Pros
  • Drag& drop assignment within columns; simple tasks overview in one place where you only search through assigned duties rather than unassigned ones.,
  • No limits regarding number per row etc., all assignments fit well together regardless how long your todo lists may become over longer period
Cons
  • Not the best
