These things are amazing, they look great, are very strong and are really easy to put together. I mounted mine on a 3/4" piece of plywood. I got a tip from DIYTyler on YouTube that made the build very easy. Here's what I did to install these bad guys. First I started with drew a pencil where all the bricks would go on my piece of plywood (I just marked the holes) and marked what color was there because the holes on different colored pieces are not the same I then have a 1/2 "Used spade to drill through all holes, that 1/2" is required because that's your nut's size. Then I hammered the t-nuts into the holes on the back of my plywood. This is where the bit goes in Game, I used an angle grinder to remove the L-shaped portion of the included hex key so I only had a straight hex key instead of an L-shaped one, then I put a straight hex key in my drill and just drilled the bolts through the bricks, nuts and it saved a ton of time because if I had to do it by hand for each brick it would take ages. Here I needed someone to push the nut out from behind a piece of wood while I drilled the front of the wood, but that was rare. It's awesome and my kids love climbing the wall.
