I should have gone up a size but found the smaller size I got was perfect. I'm able to move on to the second loop without feeling tight around my waist. The transition from one usage page to the other is flawless. Aside from the product itself, the packaging was great too. The belt is packed in a plastic sleeve, placed in a beautiful box, and the box itself is sealed with plastic. It's also easy to remove. You will need scissors to cut the tag that is attached to the belt with string. The color is wonderful, just like the Revain picture. I bought a combination of yellow and black. Overall 5 stars.
