Worked perfectly for several months, then the fuse in my apartment blew. I contacted support and was asked if I tried changing the input from 110 to 220 and back (basically on/off). After confirming that I had done this, I received no response from them. I hope this isn't the limit of customer support, but so far I'm not a happy customer. I didn't give the product a star because it actually worked well, although it did work. I just read the above review which I wrote in 2014 and I'm surprised I didn't follow up. I finally contacted the company (I think it took two weeks) and they replaced the unit with a 3000w version. The replacement has been working flawlessly for 5 years now, so I'm changing the rating to five stars. It was a fairly reliable product that has kept my European espresso machine running all these years.
