Good for bulk cleaning

Returning to my vinyl after years of storage. I plugged my turntable back in, grabbed a new cartridge and pulled out my albums only to find they hadn't been cleaned in years. After looking at the options, I settled on the Spin Clean for a number of reasons - it's been around for a while, decent reviews, a yellow (rather than black) case, etc. It was a bit more expensive than some of the other options, but a lot cheaper than some ultrasonic cleaners (I like vinyl, but not enough to spend $1,000 just cleaning). She). It's quite a bit of setup to use (and every time you use it), and each entry needs a little cleaning and drying time. Of course, no option to clean records every time you play them. So I recommend doing what I did - cleaning about 24 albums in a row with the TV or music on. I made 2 at a time - cleaned and dried each and let them air dry a bit while I made the next 2, wiping down the album covers and inspecting the inner sleeves (and replacing them if necessary) and placing the sleeves in the outer ones have . sleeves, if not already in one. Then cleaned the first 2, cleaned the next 2 and continued the cycle - always 2 did the last air dry cleaning of the next 2. I saved the solution the next day and did it again - refilled the solution, as some wear out during the cleaning process. After the 2nd day I applied the dripped solution (felt dirty) and removed everything. I did it again the next weekend and made about 100 albums in 2 weekends. I have something else, maybe next month. Overall it was pretty easy to use. Dry towels seem to work well (follow recommendations to wash before use) and the solution cleans without alcohol. Is it as good as a high-end ultrasonic cleaner? no But for people like me, with medium settings and a small collection of about 200 albums where I play 6 or 7 albums every week, this is a good solution for an occasional deep clean. I will probably do this annually. And I have an easier pre-game cleanup option. This is a good solution for the occasional deeper cleaning. I will probably do this annually.
