Review on High-Speed Waterproof 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Keychain - Moreslan Silver by Blake Larson

Seven months ago I emailed them asking for a replacement as mine stopped working, it said 'I recently got one Bought a 64GB USB stick. from amazon (order #[censored] on December 18th, I posted the product link below) and the USB worked fine for a while. I recently tried to use it again, but Windows throws an "unknown USB device" error. (Device description request failed). I've used all suggested methods to fix the problem (changed USB power saving settings so ports are always on, disabled fast computer startup, uninstalled and reinstalled USB, updated Windows, unplugged computer from wall, restarted completely, several different USB ports and tried on another computer ) but none of them worked. There are also no visible scuffs/damage on the outside and it has never been submerged in water or exposed to any humid environment. I've read that USB devices come with an 18 month warranty so I was hoping that would be covered here. I was wondering if there is a way to return the USB stick and send another one or something? We are very grateful for any help. "They didn't answer and the USB didn't magically work, which is why I'm writing this review. I've attached a video (poor quality but still understandable) to show that it's not recognized by my PC and not even shown on my mac. It looks nice and is solid metal. But the build quality is clearly not as good as it looks as I've used it maybe 3 times and then checked it again after 2 months and it didn't work. stopped working.
