I like that it provides an easy way to get started with lending services in cryptocurrency, without having any previous knowledge or experience about how these systems work. The UI is not very intuitive at all. It took me some time before figuring out what was happening when trying different scenarios! We are currently looking for ways to improve our user interface (UI) so we can provide better customer service. However, from my first interactions with them they were always available if there was anything else needed beyond just getting set up. Lending between fiat currency and cryptocurrencies has been made much easier thanks to this platform.
