The only complaint is about the aesthetics. Both our shower curtain and liner have grommets and they don't exactly match in size so it looks weird. I thought this hanger would help as it separates them. That helped with the unsightly liner, but the shower curtain and liner hang slightly differently now, so depending on how the curtain is pulled you may see a plain white liner at the top. Also, the rings on our shower rod have snapped into place and show no signs of detaching and the curtain rolls smoothly. They are quite heavy and the workmanship is good. The plastic packaging was badly damaged in transit, but the product was not. It's not stainless steel (we have a chrome finish) so they will eventually start to rust, but that's to be expected.
