Finally a toner that I can use on my sensitive skin.
I have sensitive skin that reacts to many things. I was looking for a lightweight moisturizer before using my SPF matte shade to help prevent dry patches without adding emollients. annoying, but it packs soothing and moisturizing ingredients into a simple formula that's great for all skin types.
