So far so good, best shampoo and conditioner

This is my first time using Wella products - I have only used this product once before and I love it. I used to use Amika Color pherfection Shampoo and Amika Moisturizing Conditioner. Amika products can be a bit pricey, so I wanted to try something cheaper (Amika is around $54/liter in saloons, while Wella is around $25/liter). The Wella shampoo and conditioner had a slight scent - again I'm used to the scent of Amika products which if you've ever tried it is stronger/more noticeable than this product. Wella seems to lather better than Amika for the same amount of product - the real test will be to see how good my hair feels after a few days. My hair tends to be greasy, especially on the second day after washing, but I can usually go 3 days between washes (dry shampoo in between). I hope to see the same or even better result with Wella. The biggest plus is how my hair looks. I do balayage with Redken chromatic (dark purple) and always have a problem with fading, even with color shampoo. Most of the time with Amika, I notice that my hair takes on a faded shade of brown after air drying. Adding a leave-in conditioner or conditioning oil (Matrix Oil Wonders - Egyptian Hibiscus) will intensify the red-purple color. With Wella I caught red tones in the hair when air drying - a huge plus. I hope this product will live up to its claims and keep my color from fading.
