
It was a great purchase. They make my life so much easier when I'm making ravioli and empanadas. A little learning how much topping to put in, but once you do it's easy. A few tips: Make sure your dough completely covers the ridges. When you close it, press firmly enough to ensure the edges are sealed tightly and skim any excess pastry from the side before opening. If you find the dough sticking to it, just rub some flour on the inside. It's much easier and quicker than making empanadas, ravioli, etc. by hand. Highly recommended.
