Review on Vorson by Robert Morrison

As a musician and avid internet shopper, I couldn't wait to give Vorson's ukulele store a try when it came time to buy my next instrument. Unfortunately, my interaction with their customer care was below par. When I had questions about my order, I had a hard time getting in contact with their support team despite their claim of providing exceptional customer service. Both emails and phone messages were ignored or routed to voicemail. When I did reach a human being, they were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about fixing my problem. And despite Vorson's well-deserved reputation for excellent instrument making, the ukulele I ordered and got fell far short of my expectations. It was challenging to play due to several minor flaws that weren't mentioned on the website. My entire internet shopping experience with Vorson was less than satisfying. While they have a broad variety of instruments to choose from, I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied by their poor customer service and careless approach to product quality. Based on my experience, I do not think other artists would benefit from listening to Vorson.
