I like how easy it is to use for posting jobs or candidates searching as well as finding resumes through our system. We are able to post multiple job openings at once which saves us time from having someone else do this for us (we had an intern who was doing all of that before). It's also great because we can track applicants in real-time so no more missing emails! The only thing about EWR would be if you have several people involved with your hiring process - not everyone will know where everything fits into the application/candidate flow. For example, my team uses it but does NOT input any information when filling out applications. This makes me look bad since they don't see what has been applied until after they've filled them out themselves. So basically there needs to be some sort of way to share info between teams during interviews etc without putting their personal details up publicly.
