Overall fantastic service and helpful staff members

I like how easy it is for employees who are not familiar with computers or software, such as myself (non-technical), can easily use this system without assistance from others in our department! We have more than 100 clients within an organization so we needed something simple yet effective at handling multiple accounts/subscriptions simultaneously across different platforms - no matter where people were located geographically around globe when managing these services remotely was critical; however there isn't much customization available once you've set up user permissions / profiles which could be improved upon if they offered some sorta training option online perhaps? Other then those issues everything has been great since using telecommis!!
