We use ccm to provide our customers an additional layer of protection by providing them access through their own VPNs or other secure connections like O365/Azure AD accounts etc., This allows us control who can have what level of permissions in order to give employees proper work flow management without having direct admin rights at all times - this helps keep things more organized! There's nothing I dislike about it so far but there are some minor issues that we're working out now since its been implemented recently :).
